Trace It

A dotted path appears with a marked starting point and spoken movement instructions. Your child follows it on the screen with a finger or pointer. Some letters have separate strokes with numbered starting points. They can use Start over to clear their marks or Skip to move to another path.

How the levels grow

Seed Level 1

Ages 2–4 start with across, down and sloping lines. Level 2 widens the shape pool; levels 3–5 include curves, waves and loops. Ages 4–6 begin with straight-stroke capitals and numerals. Level 2 mixes capitals with curved practice paths, level 3 uses numerals, and level 4 uses the small-letter magic-c family. Level 5 mixes the down-up family with review paths. Both bands have four rounds at levels 1–3 and five at levels 4–5, with tighter tracing requirements later.

Ages 2–4 play on the Pre-Nursery path and ages 4–6 on the Kindergarten path. Good play climbs a level; a hard day holds it, and a level earned is never taken away.

What you might notice

Does your child find a starting dot before moving?
Do they lift between separate strokes?

Try it at home

Draw a large line and a broad curve on scrap paper. Invite your child to follow either with a finger, then make a mark of their own if welcome. Sit beside younger children with an intact chunky crayon; neatness and a particular grip are not required.
