Eco Helpers

Each question shows an everyday moment, like an empty juice box at the park or a tap left running, and your child taps one of two pictured choices. The helpful choice sits beside a careless or silly one. If your child picks the other, a short, cheerful line explains, and they can try again.

What it practises

How the levels grow

Seed Level 1

Both age bands get the same questions; the level decides which bank is used. Level 1 covers litter in the bin, walking gently past flowers, watching a bird's nest quietly, and turning off a tap or a lamp. Level 2 moves to reusing a jar, a shopping bag and paper, keeping the tap off while brushing teeth, and leaving flowers for bees. Level 3 covers recycling, which the game says happens in many places, plus mending a teddy with a grown-up, passing on clothes and caring for a seed. Levels 4–5 reuse the level 3 bank. Levels 1–3 give five questions; levels 4–5 give six.

Ages 2–4 play on the Pre-Nursery path and ages 4–6 on the Kindergarten path. Good play climbs a level; a hard day holds it, and a level earned is never taken away.

What you might notice

Does your child mention a habit your family already has, like switching off lights?
Do they ask how recycling works where you live?

Try it at home

Give your child a job for one day: checking that taps and lights are off when a room is empty. Then find a clean plastic tub or cardboard box together and choose a new use for it, such as a pencil pot or a toy box.

Not in this game: The game does not practise your local recycling rules, which differ from place to place.
