Measure Mountain

Measure Mountain practises describing amounts and reading visual clues about size or time. Size Safari asks your child to compare pictures, order sizes, inspect balances or count blocks along an object. Its questions also include visible fill amounts. Clock Steps, for older players, asks for matching clock faces or taps to set the hands. Whole-hour times come before half-past rounds.

Play Measure Mountain free Ages 2–6 1 of 2 games for ages 2–4, 2 for ages 4–6

Every game is free for every family until 20 November 2026. No card, no payment.

Where to start

For ages 2–4, start with Size Safari's bigger and smaller pictures; later levels offer length, fill amounts and balances. For ages 4–6, begin with Size Safari, then try Clock Steps. Its first level asks for one, three, six or nine o'clock; later levels include setting hands and half past.

Every game starts at Seed, level 1, and climbs to Shine. Good play climbs a level; a hard day holds it, and a level earned is never taken away.

Try it at home

Place two spoons on a low surface with their handles starting together. Compare which reaches further, then turn one around and line up the ends again. Invite your child to point or explain what they notice. Sit beside younger children while handling the spoons.
