You need: Paper and a pencil
Talk: What amount does our reader need?

Numbers & shapes
Do: Make my time. Call out a time and your child sets the clock. Then they call out one for you.

We noticed:
Game (optional): Clock Steps
Science & our world
Do: Ask about one memory. Ask someone at home how they sent news to a person far away when they were a child. Listen without suggesting the answer. Draw one detail they choose to share and label it their memory. If they cannot remember, leave that detail open.
You need: Paper and a pencil
Talk: What does this person remember?
We noticed:
Game (optional): Helper Heroes
Thinking & feelings
Do: Return with help. When your child wants to return, use the marker to find the next part. Finish together, reduce the job or leave it for another day. Discuss whether the marker helped. Keep the aim on finding a next step, not working for longer.
You need: The marked sheet and a crayon
Talk: What help would make returning easier?
We noticed:
Game (optional): Focus Farm

You need: The same comfortable space
Talk: What changed when you moved your hands differently?
