🏠 Do together

1. Sticky-note hide and seek

   You need: Sticky notes

   Write each tricky word on a note and hide them around a room. Your child reads each one as they find it.

2. Word slap

   You need: Word cards on the floor, a fly swatter or your hand

   Call out a word and your child slaps it. Then swap: they call, you slap — sometimes the wrong one.

3. Word detective

   You need: A picture book

   Pick one word, like 'the', and count how many times you find it on a page together.
