🏠 Do together

1. Sound snap

   You need: Letter cards and picture cards

   Turn over a letter and a picture at the same time. If the picture starts with that sound, the first to shout 'snap!' wins the pair.

2. Fishing for words

   You need: Paper fish with words written on them, a paper clip on each, a magnet on a string

   Catch a fish and read the word (hot, bug, red, fun, leg). Keep the fish if you read it.

3. Word of the day on the door

   You need: Paper and tape

   Stick a short word on the bedroom door. Your child reads it every time they go in. Change it each morning.
